About $10 at Joann's fabrics, can get you enough supplies to make between 5-7 flower pins. Here is what you need:
felt
stiff fabric in the color of your choosing
needle & thread
pin backing
and a hot glue gun (or you can just dew the pin-backing onto the flower)
